Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for sale and clearance items.

Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@gardenofeden.net.au including clear proof of the damage.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item at hello@gardenofeden.net.au so we can advise you on the return process.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Lost or Delayed Items

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier and is outside of our control.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the address provided during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your delivery.

If your parcel is delayed or not delivered, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

We take great care in packaging all orders securely. However, once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused in transit.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please contact Australia Post to lodge a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials, as these will be required when submitting your claim.
