Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate $10.00 shipping Australia-wide using standard Australia Post shipping.

Free shipping is available for any orders over $150.00 after any discounts or vouchers are applied. 

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to get you your products as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within 48-hours. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary based on your location. Please allow 2-4 business days for Metro locations and up to 10 business days in regional areas to receive your order. These times are an estimate from Australia Post. 

 

Local Pick up

Select the Free Pick Up option when placing your order. You are welcome to collect your order from Garden of Eden during our opening hours. Most products will be available for same-day collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up to the email you have provided during check out.

 

Order Tracking

To track your order, enter the tracking number attached to the confirmation email into the Australia Post tracking page here

If you do not receive your order please contact Australia Post directly. Once the parcel is shipped we have no control over the delivery process.
