On stove top

• Add 1 tablespoon of our ceremonial cacao in a pot or saucepan
• Add a cup of milk of your choice, along with your desired sweetener to taste.
• Use a whisk to blend and froth
• Pour the cacao into your favourite ceremonial mug or bowl.
